Changes in climatic conditions often lead to stress and sometimes disruption of adaptation resources. The autonomic nervous system is one of the main participants in adaptation to changes in the external environment, the deterioration of its function is inevitable in cases of short-term changes in meteorological and climatic conditions, especially in people with a history of vegetative-vascular disorders.
This paper presents the results of the correction of the functions of the autonomic nervous system by the methods of reflexotherapy and crystal therapy in cases of maladjustment associated with a change in meteorological conditions. On the example of practically healthy men and women with a history of vegetovascular dystonia, the state of the autonomic nervous system was assessed on the first day and 7-8 days after arriving on vacation in Anapa.
