Good day! Please help me to understand the following dilemma. The Vedas say that milk is a beneficent product, while the main postulate of goodness is non-violence. The dairy products we find in stores are the direct product of violence, exploitation and ultimately killing animals. So, is store milk a product of violence?
Some Vaishnavas say that if such milk is offered to God, such treatment of animals is justified, since they «serve the Lord.» But such statements seem to be justified in their desire to enjoy.
Help me solve this dilemma, is it worth switching to the vegetable I write if you can't find access to milk obtained in blissful conditions? Thank you very much in advance for your answer, this question is very exciting.
