Knowledge is the main power that can change our lives.
Real knowledge is knowledge about life, but not about the one that flows by inertia. Real life implies the practice of self-improvement. Positive thinking is not the consciousness of an ostrich, which, when the lion sees, hides its head in the sand. You need to live happily, true knowledge teaches this, but happiness without a struggle for it. One who approaches the understanding of this knowledge correctly, mastering it, receives inspiration to test the knowledge gained in practice. Without its practical development, our life will flow along its former unfortunate channel.
Therefore, the one who really strives for happiness will not follow two extremes:
- thoughtlessly live without thinking and not reasoning, according to the principle of «how to turn out», turning a blind eye to all problems, or
- Just think, reason and not make any attempts to live an active life.
Often in people, one of these extremes replaces the other, and as a result, it does not reach conscious actions to improve their fate. Understand that true happiness is achieved solely with the help of a conscious life, and nothing else. Conscious existence begins with the realization of sins and an appeal to the voice of conscience.

Thoughtless, inert life, constant desire for rest are pleasant only at first. All this inevitably leads to the accumulation of problems and, as a result, to suffering and disease. Dry reasoning about health and happiness, which is not followed by practical application, makes a person just a dreamer who eventually ceases to believe in one's own strength in order to change something in his life. In fact, the one who does not check everything in practice does not know anything about true happiness, but only talks about it. People of this type, like those whose practice is merely the desire for pleasure, will not stand the test of time and will be doomed to suffering.
According to the Vedic scriptures, not all knowledge is vital to us. So, for example, not everyone needs to know in depth mathematics, physics and chemistry. Of course, to master the specialty, we will have to master different sciences. However, there are sections of knowledge that are intended solely for comprehending happiness, and the Vedas recommend that each of us study it.
If we talk about knowledge in general, then it is ignorant, passionate, blissful and spiritual. Ignorant knowledge leads to degradation and must beware, passionate knowledge at first glance is necessary and practical, but gradually it also leads to problems and suffering. Only blissful and spiritual knowledge is worthy of close attention and daily study.

In general, all kinds of knowledge that, in one way or another, concern our life, can be qualified as follows:
1. trual knowledge
1.1. Knowledge under the predominant influence of the mode of ignorance:

The mind needs to choose the right communication to gain strength. Correctly chosen communication is the only power that strengthens the mind, fills a person with enthusiasm and determination to build their lives correctly. For this reason, one should sincerely communicate with those people who not only comprehend knowledge about health and higher happiness, but also follow it. Humoringly communicating with such people, a person constantly experiences strong inspiration. It does not pass even in the most difficult periods of life. Such inspiration will help him without much effort, decisively, consciously and steadily changing his life.
Choose for communication those people who strive for God, study under the guidance of a Scripture mentor, time-tested, never criticize anyone and live a friendly, selfless and happy life.
