In 2011, the author conducted a survey of 826 students of communicative educational programs (CEP) over the age of 15, most of whom were women. The main focus of the lectures is the formation of healthy behavior through positive motivation. As a result of the study, it was found that 68% of respondents increased the amount of fruits and vegetables consumed; reduced the amount of food consumed at night; abandoned semi-finished products. Changes in the mode (routine) of the day were made by 65% of respondents. 39% of respondents have reduced their consumption of tobacco and alcohol.
